2025 CONFERENCE FEES
Early Bird Conference Fee
$1295 (if submitted prior to June 15th)
Regular Conference Fee
$1395 after June 28th
$1495 After September 1st
Special Group Discount
First two conference registrants pay full price, the third person from the same organization may register at 50% discount.
The Conference fee includes all general sessions & breakouts, Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, Boston themed Social event on Thursday evening at Sam Adams Taproom.
(Spouses/Guests are invited to attend the Welcome Reception, the Thursday Social Event at an additional cost of $500).
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Omni Parker House for conference participants at the discounted rate of $329 per night during the conference. This rate is also offered three days pre/post conference when available. Reservations may be made by calling Omni 1-800-THE-OMNI and asking to make a reservation for the “IEHRA” room block; make your reservation by August 15, 2025.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) until September 1, 2024)

Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded (minus a $50 administrative fee) for cancellations received from September 2nd through October 1, 2024

Cancellations received after October 2nd are nonrefundable

Cancelled registrations may be carried forward to future conferences

Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time.
